Snoo Light Flashing. Red Flashing Light in Holder and Pocket Charger IQOS UK Has anyone noticed if their SNOO light flashes between dim and bright? If I start the SNOO, the light turns blue but then it'll randomly get brighter and then dimmer, back and forth, at random times SNOO's Activity Button will blink white for about a minute when SNOO is powered on

We bought it off of the the supposedly original owners and when trying to start our activity turns on blinks white for a moments then switches to blinking red. (If the light won't stop blinking or SNOO won't turn on, that usually means that the wing loops are not completely secured onto the safety clips.)
